- Customer complaint: Lack of power or performance, Vehicle shakes at all times, and Check engine light was ON.
- Cause: The previous malfunction was due to multiple collapsed from the valve lifters caused by the lack of oil.
- Correction: Remove both cylinder heads, remove front cover and timing chain, inspect camshaft for any weakness, replaced valve lifters, replace oil manifold, and finally putted everything back together.
SUSPENSION WORK
- Customer complaint: Knocking noise coming from the front end of the vehicle when going over bumps and braking vibration going over 30 mph.
- Cause: Drove test vehicle to repeat customer complaint. Lifted the vehicle and found lower control arm bushings were completely worn out. Preventing the suspension to cushion the vehicle over bumps.
- Correction: Replace both front lower control arms.

DIAGNOSTIC AND ELECTRICAL
Costumer complaint: There's a lot of malfunction lights showing in the dashboard.
Cause: When the tech plugs the scan tool to the vehicle, found a malfunction code " Lost communication with Front Radar Sensor " Which led the tech to this.
Correction: Remove and replace Internal pins from the connector in the picture.
